What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

Aurora001a.com primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

● Secure credit card payment
We also accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

In which currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are in US dollars (USD). If your credit or debit card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the conversion rate corresponding to the chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.

Do you offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 instalments?
We accept payment in 3 instalments.
You can choose this payment option at checkout.

How do I change/modify my order?
If you notice any errors in your order after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
Please note that we can help you modify your order before dispatch.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for further information about your order.
