GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can track its status.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once your order has the status "preparing for dispatch", "dispatched" or "delivered", we cannot accept any changes.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

Aurora001a.com primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

● Secure credit card payment
We also accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

In which currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are in US dollars (USD). If your credit or debit card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the conversion rate corresponding to the currency you have chosen, depending on the website you are visiting.

Do you offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 instalments?
We accept payment in 3 instalments.

Where do you ship your products?
We ship worldwide, including to Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, and offer payment options via PayPal and credit card.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Once you have placed your order, processing usually takes 3 to 7 days.
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.

How can I track my parcel?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can track its status.

What if I’m not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the following day or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and the delivery method chosen.
You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your parcel if it cannot be delivered to your address.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
The product must have been sold in our online shop.
The item must not have been used in any way.
- The request for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team.

Can I exchange a product?
We accept exchanges, which are subject to the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please mention that you wish to exchange the product for another when arranging your return with our customer support team.

Are returns free of charge?
To return a product, please contact customer service to obtain the return address. Once you have received the address, place the product in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
In some cases, return postage is free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of Aurora001a.com, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the parcel being received at our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, a refund, exchange or credit note will be issued within 14 days of our team accepting your return.
